Return Policy

This website operates as a fulfillment provider for independent resellers and dropshippers. All orders placed through this store are considered business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

As the reseller, you are fully responsible for managing your end-customer’s expectations, handling customer support, and managing any refund or return requests on your platform.
We do not communicate directly with your end-customers under any circumstances.


❌ No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our fulfillment services, we do not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Customer changed their mind

  • Incorrect item ordered

  • Delayed delivery

  • Unclaimed or undeliverable packages

All sales are final.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, you must report it within 48 hours of the first delivery attempt, as marked by the carrier tracking.

To request a replacement, email us at Support@lunaautomationagency.com with:

  • The order number

  • A clear photo of the full product

  • A close-up of the damage

  • A photo of the shipping label and original packaging

Incomplete or late requests will not be accepted.
Approved cases will receive a replacement onlyno refunds will be provided.
Replacements are typically shipped within 2–3 business days of approval.


🚚 Shipping Damage Disclaimer

All items are carefully inspected and professionally packed by our warehouse team prior to shipment.
However, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transit, as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we cannot control how it is handled.


📦 Unbranded Packaging

All orders are shipped without any branding, invoices, or promotional materials, making them ideal for dropshippers and resellers.


🛑 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
All fulfillment requests are processed automatically to ensure fast delivery.
Please verify your customer’s shipping information carefully before submitting an order.


⚠️ Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to deny any replacement request that does not meet our requirements or appears to be fraudulent or abusive.

  • For international shipments, we are not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or damage caused by extended transit times.
