We provide direct fulfillment services for resellers and dropshippers. All orders placed through this website are shipped directly to your end-customers on your behalf.


📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.


🚚 Shipping Time (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Optional — available on select products (inquire if needed)

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier volume, and local delivery conditions.


🌍 International Shipping

We ship internationally on select products. Delivery times vary by country and typically range from 7–21 business days.

Note: You are responsible for informing your customers about possible import taxes, duties, or delays caused by customs in their country. We are not responsible for customs-related issues or fees.


🔍 Tracking & Fulfillment

Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

It is the reseller’s responsibility to:

  • Upload tracking info to their own selling platform

  • Communicate delivery status to their end-customer

All orders are shipped in unbranded packaging, with no invoices or promotional material included.


🛑 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customer unavailability

  • Carrier delays or errors

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered completed and the responsibility of the reseller to address any disputes with their customer.
